Sidra

Giving homage to the traditional cider making style of the Basque and Asturias regions of Spain, Sidra is a slow fermented blend of bitter-sharp and bitter sweet apples grown in the Annapolis Valley. 16 months of maturing has provided significant fruit character to this exceptionally dry, acid-forward and earthy cider. Lively carbonation and a dry finish round out the traditional flavour profile.
